Scope
Our competition policy analysis ranges from market definition, dominance assessment, abusive conduct, merger control, and remedies to ex-ante obligations specific to digital markets.
Research Area · 03
We analyze the limits of traditional competition law in digital markets and the design of ex-ante regulatory frameworks (such as the DMA).
Our competition policy analysis ranges from market definition, dominance assessment, abusive conduct, merger control, and remedies to ex-ante obligations specific to digital markets.
Through a comparative method, we jointly evaluate the EU DMA, US antitrust reforms, the UK CMA digital markets unit model, and the case law of the Turkish Competition Authority.
How should dominance be determined in digital markets? Do ex-ante obligations complement or substitute ex-post enforcement? What elements should the regulatory framework appropriate for Türkiye contain?
